EMICODE
The products from the Copperant Flora line are classified with an EMICODE®. This classification system allows consumers and professionals to compare and evaluate the emission characteristics. The label advises consumers, craftsmen and architects to decide which floor materials offer maximum safety against indoor air pollution, optimum health protection and high environmental compatibility. To obtain the EMICODE® label or seal, manufacturers must subject their products to extensive testing at renowned institutes. The Flora Wood and Floor Varnish has the premium class EMICODE® EC1PLUS. This defines the limit of what is technically feasible today. Introduced in 2010, it sets even higher and stricter limits than category EC1.
